Features
- A field-installed rebar coupler that connects rebar without separate threading.
- Applicable to weldable and special seismic rebar.
- Meets KS D 0249 requirements for uniaxial tensile, low-cycle fatigue and residual-deformation (static strength) testing.
- Minimizes residual and initial deformation to 0.3 mm or less.
- Complies with the national concrete construction specification and Korea Expressway Corporation inspection criteria for rebar joints.
- With knobs and sleeves preassembled on movable rebar, installation can be completed on site in less than one minute.

Installation Steps

1. Insert the coupler and jaw sleeve onto one rebar in sequence.

2. Position the knob firmly after the first rib of the rebar.

3. Hand-tighten the jaw sleeve and knob. Repeat loosening and tightening in the reverse direction two to three times for complete fixation.

4. Tighten the thread sleeve and knob on the opposite rebar in the same way.

5. Assemble and lock the coupler and thread sleeve, then use a pipe wrench to tighten until the rebar is fully secured.
