Acceptance Criteria
KCI-ST103:2026 Section 7.4: each specimen must reach at least 125% of the specified yield strength. For these SD600 specimens, the threshold is 750 MPa.
Section 7.5: Grade 1 requires Section 7.4 to be met and mean residual deformation of all specimens to be no more than 0.3 mm. Specimens must not be selectively averaged.
KCI-ST103:2026 source and test method includes the exceptions in Section 7.4.2 and the full test method. Mean tensile strengths in this table do not replace individual specimen results.
